J-Seal

The J-Seal works to centralise and partially seal a cable in the J-Tube riser of an offshore structure. The J-Seal is composed of a Ductile iron body with flexible Polyether ears. The J-Seal is attached to a cable prior to deployment for a diverless installation.

Bend Stiffener

An add-on to the J-Seal, the bend stiffener is a conical length of polyether tube that gradually becomes stiffer as the material thickens. This item is most commonly used for the installation of cable to a J-Tube for added protection during cable installation and service life.

Bend Restrictor

Another option for cable protection near the J-Seal, this product completely restricts bending of the cable to a certain angle per restrictor module. The restrictor modules are polyether coated ductile iron with super duplex fasteners.

J-Tube Articulated pipe adaptor - Female

Allows a seamless finishing interface for Protectorshell articulated pipe to a J-Tube.

J-Tube Articulated pipe adaptor - Male

Allows a seamless starting interface for Protectorshell articulated pipe from a J-Tube.
